Better than Baggu

I started seeing ads for the Good Totes Small Croissant on Facebook and decided to check it out. I thought it was super cute, but I was mainly interested in the strap. I have a Baggu Medium Crescent that I want to love, but don't, because I hate the strap. I'm someone who prefers a short shoulder carry, but as a mom of two toddlers I sometimes need to switch to crossbody on the fly. The Baggu Crescent strap makes that very difficult, because it's not one continuous loop. It has a very long tail that hangs off the end when the strap is worn short that HAS to be tied up. But the Good Totes Small Croissant does not have that problem. My only concern was that the Croissant is smaller than the Crescent, but I do my best not to carry a ton of stuff, anyway.

Long story short, the Small Croissant carries everything I need with room to spare, has more organization than the Baggu Crescent, and is SO MUCH more comfortable to carry! The nail in the coffin for the Crescent was when I loaded both bags up with what I typically carry and then some. The Crescent strap dug into my shoulder and made it feel heavy and uncomfortable, but the Croissant's padded strap made it feel like I was barely carrying a bag. And I can seamlessly switch from shoulder to crossbody carry. The Croissant is also just flat-out cuter than the Crescent, period. The silhouette is just *chef's kiss*.

AND Earl Gray is such a beautiful color! I was uncertain about it at first, but then it arrived and I immediately loved it. Depending on the lighting it will sometimes look gray, sometimes have a sort of drab olive tint, or sometimes look bluish. It's just the perfect non-black-or-brown neutral.

Anyway, I had to come on here and leave a review of my appreciation, because this bag is so much better than comparable bags made by other more well-known brands. I wish more people knew about Good Totes!

Love this bag. The little clip for my keys comes in so handy. I like that it's easy to change the length of the bag.
It's my every day bag now. You can attach pins to it too for even more cuteness

Very cute and spacious

Love the color and how much it holds. Very comfortable to wear especially during trips as well! Hoping they come out with a medium size since I would like one bigger than this.

Cute light summer bag!

I love me a good water proof, light weight bag for the summer and this is it. I’m always going outside on adventures downtown or at random outdoor concerts so having a crossbody bag was a must, but I love how it can be interchangeable to a shoulder bag too. I love the key string inside the bag, I actually use it for my compact card wallet so I can fish that thing out when I need my insurance card once in a blue moon. Also, I usually carry a 12 oz kids CamelBak water bottle on me and it does fit in this bag, again perfect for my staple on the go bag.

I want to say the marketing for this bag totally got me good because I remembered it from literally a year ago as an instagram ad and when I thought about needing a new summer bag I remembered this one would be perfect!
