Every bag we make is covered for 6 months from delivery against manufacturing defects — zippers, hardware, seams, that kind of thing.

How to file a claim

- Head to our returns portal.
- Enter your order # and email address.
- Select "Warranty Claim".
- Upload a photo and a quick description.
Takes only 2 minutes. We review every claim within 24 hours.
