Sustainability
Handmade with love
Our bags are all handmade with love at BSCI-certified factories which meet strict standards for fair labour practices and safe working conditions. BSCI certification specifies that our factories have been reviewed to ensure they treat their workers well and follow ethical practices.
Fabrics
We primarily work with certified 100% recycled nylon from recycled plastic bottles and industrial waste. We also use natural materials such as 100% cotton which are biodegradable at the end of its lifecycle.
Packaging
Our packaging is made with cornstarch or recyclable plastic. Our poly mailers are also biodegradable and compostable!
Made to last
Our products are intentionally made to be durable and will stand the test of time - we hope you’ll bring them out often!

NOTE: The shipping fees do not include customs and duty fees, which are defined by the country of importation. Good Totes is not responsible for fees associated with importation. All fees, duty, or other taxes must be paid by the parcel recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please double check your order before checking out as order cancellations or changes are not allowed in order to streamline our operations. As we want our customers to receive their orders as soon as possible, the fulfilment process begins the moment an order is received. It would be difficult for us to cancel your order in time.
How do I clean my tote?
When your tote gets dirty, we recommend spot cleaning with dish soap and a damp towel. You can click here for a tutorial!
We don't recommend soaking or putting our totes in the washer or dryer in order to prevent damage to the hardware.
