great design and quality of bag, but hardware could be better

this is a great bag! it holds more than it seems. and i can squish it down into my luggage when traveling, so it takes less room up than other bags. the design also makes it look not wrinkly so i don’t have to worry about steaming it for example. the hardware paint peeled off mine, but the good totes team was quick to respond. so i appreciate that

I love my new bag. It’s super soft, lightweight, and adorable. It fits a lot of my stuff without looking bulky. I love that it can be used as both a shoulder bag and a crossbody bag.

I was looking for a purse that was cute and would work for everyday use, but didn’t feel bulky. I love this purse - it’s casual enough to use with leggings and tshirts, but cute enough to use when dressing up a bit.
